They work so hard too! You can see it in the private tumbling videos they include every so often. But the best part is they are fierce on the mats but absolute sweethearts to all the other girls when not doing their routine. Its great parenting.

There is a KZbinr Anna mcnulty she is from Canada and lives in LA and she did all star cheer for years and was a level 6 she was super flexible flyer and now does contortion full time but also has a channel where she has stretch routines for all levels of flexibility and tutorials for just about any tumbling skill even leaps and jumps

Carnage is a senior team so they don’t have linear under there uniform. All youth and juniors teams are required to the linear under there uniforms
