Rather a backup then on a plane back here, and fighting for a spot on a team. SPHL, Bees are gone, Thunder closed for the season, had a draft to take in players from Thunder. We had 9 goalies for Wolves, 1 was released. No tryouts this year, just player camp. Its tough times right now. Push forward and you will move up!

I'm the spawn of parents who were born in Scandinavia and I totally understand the reaction you get when trying to chat someone up in a grocery store. We tend to be much more reserved and prefer to quote size someone up before engaging in conversation. Obviously this is a generalisation; there are exceptions to the rule. That goes without saying. But in general, it is not surprising that someone would remain aloof when approached by a guy holding a camera and act in an insincere manner -- i.e. hamming it up and acting like a rock star. I'll give you a quick example of how someone I know responds to a complete rando who asks "How you doing?" "What do you mean," she responds. "As opposed to yesterday?" I know it sounds like she's an asshole, but once you get to know her, she is the sweetest and kindest person you'll ever meet. Just a bit of unsolicited advice. Keep up the good spirits and the puck out of the net.
