Just relating to the question about the holiday I am blind and in the final year of high school. after finishing high school we have this holiday that most kids go on called Schoolies. I personally was not invited to this within my friendship group and only got told after it was too late to book anything. This really hurt my feelings And made me doubt my friendship with my whole group and especially made me feel like a burden on my friends. It would’ve been better if they just discussed the holiday with me so I could’ve understood why they didn’t invite me and tryed to make work arounds about the holiday.

Maybe watching travel vlogs from disabled creators from some of the places you might visit, I'm sure they'll point out some unique activities for you and it'll be fun to 'research' by watching content
