likely cause the matchmaking is region-based, although i have seen him a single time here in northern europe so he might be using vpns sometimes

Could you give me a brief rundown of everything your using for that cac, abilities, each transformation, passive, the moves you got on your left toolbar (im mostly interested in that ability that allowed you to turn into goku for a brief amount of time where you used large spirit bomb on that teammate of yours

Grappling Device, Power Unleashed (that's the skill you're talking about, very briefly transforms you into one level above your current), Kaioken Rush and Solar Flare. Passives were Memories of Battle (+30% d-change cooldown when my barrier is broken), I've Come For You (restores barrier when transforming), Exploration Enthusiast (reduces skill cooldown when opening a chest) and Now It's My Turn (doesn't really matter because it didn't come into play, but it would have reduced super attack cost if i'm the last one alive) Transformations were base Goku with Super Spirit Bomb, God Goku with God Kame and SS3 Goku with Super Kame.
