Eagles have historically stood tall to good teams and played small to lesser team. But AJ isn't wrong, but that should have been kept in house. That is also why Howie made sure AH and Smitty got paid before they had to look at the contracts because they knew there were only so much of the ball to go around. What can this organization do? They have a RB that can break the all time rushing yards in a single season. They have a team that is winning and killing teams that are considered dominate this season. They have a new OC teaching a new system teaching the QB how to read the DEF ... notice a QB1 that hasn't except for 1 season had the same OC since HS. AJ and Smitty will get theirs from the Goedert pool of plays, but I think winning the division and getting into the playoff and possibly hoisting the Lombardi are the payoff for chilling. Next season if we are able to keep Moore the OFF will be more balanced but if you can win at a high level with little risk ... what idiot won't take it ... oh yeah degenerate gamblers are the ones that won't take it because there is no dopamine hit for them.

It's not about stats at this point, AJ Brown knows the Eagles won't in the playoffs being one dimensional. Hurts simply has to be better as a passer. The Eagles' path to the Super Bowl will not be a cakewalk like last time. They're gonna face better QBs than Daniel Jones and Josh Johnson this time around.

I think AJ simply tried to give a short answer to reporters bc theyve been asking the same type of questions for weeks since the team is run-first and been winning. Two weeks ago he responded by saying he even like to say "let him loose" ,regarding Saquon. That he understood he needs to make the most of his opportunities and even compared to when he played alongside Henry but he was young and would get emotional or upset. Yes, he did answer the question short and to the point bc the passing game does need to get better. That Is Obvious to Everybody, but the media needs to make it bigger than what it is...as usual.
