It may have been me. The salt and pepper shakers are by the company UCTCI.I don't know who the artist was. They have several different lines one of which is the dome shaped people. I sort of collect UCTCI. Love a few of their lines. Their naturalistic animal figurines are beautiful. They have a line of very round tableware animals many of which are very cute. There's also the Poppet line which I'm not interested in but some people love. I'm sure there are lines I'm not familiar with.

I think the wooden shoe "thingy" with the nob might be a shoe stretcher and you turn the job th stretch the shoe a little at a time.

You're correct. I haven't seen a set of those in ages. My Mom had a set for children and she'd stretch our shoes as our feet grew. Doing that added a few extra months to our schools shoes. You've heard of people who squeezed their pennies to make them go farther? Well, my Mommy knew how to squeeze her pennies until Good Ol' Abe screamed and the wheat berries separated from the shaff on the back (for all you old timers out there who remember wheat pennies). I was surprised that you skipped over the bird figure amongst all the clown as the beginning. It looked pretty cute, it was greenish and pretty big. I also loved that Blue Willow mug.

I usually decorate with antique and vintage glass, but I just loved that dipped bunny. I was a teenager in the 70s and it reminded me of Tie-dye. Just loved it. Would be cute all spring. I know you will pick contemporary when it is different. Love watching you. It is my daily go-to.

Those glass leaf ornaments are very pretty and would be great in a glass bowl for fall decorating. Also pretty on a fall wreath or anything fall.

Those premium washcloths were probably from an at home patient. We had them delivered weekly when my Grandson was too sick from Chemo and Radiation to even move. They came in handy!!

He is doing okay for now. He'll be going for more scans in the next week. He was diagnosed with Stage 4, high risk Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma Cancer in March of 2020 when he was 2 1/2. We're done with chemo and radiation for now, and we are trying to find a new normal. This Cancer always comes back, so it feels like we're constantly in this state of limbo.. He's my first grandchild, and he's my little buddy! I've been fortunate to help raise him ❤

You are so adorable! You remind me of my mother who sadly passed away last november. One of my oldest brother had passed away from liver failure, and my mother in law an my cousin passed from covid. Almost a year later my other brother passed and a week later my mother passed all from covid. My Step mother also past from cancer which she had been fighting for a long time. I am to afraid of losing someone else, in my family and friends. I do not go to thrift stores anymore and I am so appreciative that you go through the isles and let us have a look at all the item. And you give us any info you know on them as well. I can't wait to be brave enough to go out to the stores again. So thank you so much for sharing this with all of us!!!

Hey My favorite Thrifter! All of the wooden type shoe or boot inserts or most of them are for shoe stretching. They can stretch the heel, the width of the shoes

Continued from above…..my Dad always wore leather work shoes or boots and since he had a wider foot he would get out the shoe stretcher. He would use mink oil on the shoes and put them in the shoe stretcher for several days until they fit him perfectly!👍🏻❤️😁

The clown shelf was funny! I live near Sarasota Florida and Sarasota is circus town. And old vintage circus sells great here! Clowning around is an art form round here. 😆🤡 Those silver camels were awesome! Could they possibly be open salt/pepper cellars? Just a suggestion. Those fake plants tile thing. You could use zip/cable ties on some fake plant vines. And make your own .

Parents bought swans in Colorado on a vacation long time ago they had colored water in lower part of body if bad weather tornadoes they really worked every time when liquid goes up in neck you need to shelter in place meet item to have don't know what happen to those swans. I picked up the little king/queen salt and pepper shakers last year and I keep finding a name UCTCI Japanese mid century pottery when I was looking up info for them. I'm not entirely sure what make it so be it a studio or style but just thought I'd pass that along so you could check. At 7.51, i believe there is a little Delft house. I recently picked up a couple, and they can be worth quite a bit of money. It was right after you picked up the Holland bowl and placed it back down. It's sitting on a pedestal behind.
