a tip for Ron’s arm: you should try skewing it. But the anchor point to where his arm would be normally connected, and then skew it.

In Adobe Animate (the program official and most mod fnf characters are made in) you can do something similar whith whatever object or drawing in your project, you can also set the anchor point which Animate use as reference

The sprites are so good! Maybe you already figured out, but if you haven't, you could fix the arm thing by making Bob's torso moving less, compensating with the head moving more towards the corresponding directions, or maybe curving the torso a bit for the left, down, and right sprites.
