my cousin and his wife, both welders, did the new cast iron fence around the old courthouse. there's a small plaque along the fence with thanks to bud and shelly swann.

The Motz building is a bike shop! Mr. Gilbert caters mostly to big dollar long-distance bikers, but fixes all the local kids' bikes free of charge. He's a lovely man, and he's so very kind to my sons!

Jesse and Frank James have a tie with that courthouse. I've read that Jesse killed a congressman inside that courthouse just after the civil war. Timothy ....the "Cas" rhymes with "Jazz" so it is normally pronounced "Cazzwell"..........Great tour.

Stevens was killed in the courthouse but I have never heard of a James connection. Interesting if true. I’m not sure why I said Caswell like I did but you could make a drinking game out of all the words I mispronounce in my videos. 🤣
