Hey Jonathan, this was very insightful and inspiring. I bought & sold my first property a couple years ago and proved to myself that it can be done. But have been pretty stagnant since due to starting a family and other expenses. I found that the biggest challenge for me is the cost of mailers as well as settling on a market and, of course, pricing out a potential purchase and figuring out exactly how much to pay for a lot. I've always wanted to gravitate towards wholesaling but am unsure what that process looks like. Would love to connect with you.
