You're pretty good at the editing aspect but you kinda over did it with the villager's facial expressions to the point where they don't really feel all that funny. The story's plot and pacing also wasn't great either. Would've been nice to see more of the surviving aspect like making camps or stuff like food shortages because someone's stealing food (would've been a better excuse for an execution than the water thing tbh). You also didn't really give any reasons for how the zombie apocalypse started or gave it a satisfying/funny enough conclusion. Your character was also pretty bland in my opinion, I don't think there were any interesting qualities to note. He doesn't really standout all that much and he doesn't really do anything interesting. I was also hoping that the villager that was sacrificed at the start would've come back and saved everyone and/or took revenge on you. It also would've been better if you started out with regular zombies but the first cure was what made the zombies into the mutant variants. All and all, it was decent attempt but fell flat because your story lacked a lot of aspects for basic story building such as a clear structure, likeable characters, or even a climax. I advise you to actually make sure your story has these types of things in the future.
