You should get intake pipe boosters, they increase the pressure in your system passively, they are fairly cheap, and the higher pressure makes the system run faster, you can put up to four boosters on one intake pipe. Love the vids keep up the good work!

Put pressure tanks at the beginning of every drill it severely speeds stuff up (basically it pushes your pressure up too max and every pipe after makes the pressure go down so having two right after is useless)and make ur filters auto repair ( diesel design gaming shows a great example for pressure tanks and auto repair) and the dirt on t2 machines are different its on the back of the machine where the spinning gears are

It is a little more complicated, but it would save you a lot of stress if you use auto repairs for your water filters. In the logic shop, you can buy an autorepair kit and durability checker. 5 Filter are enough to have a 100% clean setup that will completely negate all damage to anything connected to the pipes after. I use a setup with 5 pipes in a line with one filter on each pipe. I do this, because autorepairs have to point directly at the water filter, so the space is limited. The durability checker can point direclty at the pipe and will check the durability of the water filter no matter the direction it is on. If you take the signal of the durability and use a logic gate that turns any number higher than 1 to 0 and a 0 to a one, you can feed the signal into the auto repair this way, that it will always fire when the durability hits 0. The problem is, that I noticed a problem with signals, that only change AFTER it travels one cable. So the setup I came up with was: Waterfilter on the pipe, the auto repair feeding into it, then in total 4 curved cable and 2 straight cable to make a line to the opposite site and then point the durability checker to the pipe. The logic gate to invert the signal has to be on the cable close to the durablity checker, if it's next to the auto repair, it started firing for me. You can feed the autorepair with up to 20 wrenches. The first waterfilter in the line will take a lot of damage, but before I have to refill any of them, it takes a good whole day. With a cart full of repair kits, its also very fast to reload everything to max and forget it for multiple hours again. ALSO for your water pressure. There are hooks you can place on your water intake, 4 in total. it increases the water pressure by 20% each or 30% with tier 2 hooks that you can craft with the anvil. Those are suuuuper powerful and comperable cheap additions to the setup that increases the total speed of all your machines. The "pressure booster" (sorry, I don't know all the names), that you feed with crystals, will increase the waterpressure to 100% of the original. So the function is to put them later in the build to increase water pressure that is lost due to pipes (pipes will show in the tooltip on how much pressure loss pre pipe it has). Putting two directly next to each other has no function, because the water pressure of after the first one is already 100%. I would advise to check the pressure on the later pipes and see where you have a big loss because of long travel time of pipes. There is a pipe addon that displays the pressure at any time. Very useful to see how fast your systems work amd to check for pressure shortage, when something doesn't work as smooth.

Hey you can place the pressure booster near the drills, it doesn't make a difference putting two of them next to each other because there is no pressure loss.

You can also increase the pressure by a piece that you can buy the little figure of in the shop and produce it with the big furnace and anvil. It's gets placed at the intake waterpipe and you can add up to 4 i think.

Boosters should be placed as close to the drills as possible, as the pipes decrease the pressure (the fluid physics isn't like real life, basically) So if you put the booster next to the drill (or right before a section of drills), it works much faster

I Would suggest that you buy the cloutium water intake boosters. You craft them at the Giant anvil as Well. You can Put 4 of these at the water intake Pipe and it boosts the water pressure and your Machines will Work even faster. I think they give about 30 more pressure for one so 120 in total
