I can almost guarantee that this piece will be for someone that you've never heard off. I lived near a port which moored superyachts for a while and I'd always look up who owned them and it's pretty much always just some dry old businessman you've never heard of who owns loads of commercial property sonewhere. To drop 10mil on a necklace you have to be worth A LOT. Like billions. So probably not someone in the public eye.
