You gotta love Ancient Japanese/Okinawan mythos creatures! Fun fact, the Shibe Inu was immortalized as a god for family protection in Okinawa before the Modern Japanese took over the Ainu before them, like how the yokai Oni was a god of genuine justice before the mafia ruined his image.
