I both think this is one of the best dolls (the detail is fantastic) but also agree with those who say that the blue material isn’t my favorite. Reason why, this piece of art is very organic, like she’s part of the magic of nature in a fantasy world. The blue satin looks synthetic, especially because of the shine. Even wrong side would work. None the less, just fantastic. Your art is spectacular! And I love the cultural relevance.

I think I've suggested this before, but Crowley and/or Aziraphale from Good Omens would be really cool! Crowley is a demon (and also the snake that tempted Eve - many snake-themed outfit possibilities!) and Aziraphale is an angel - they are both immortal, so in the TV series they appear in a BUNCH of cool outfits from different time periods for inspiration, or you could pick a time and place in history that's interesting to you and imagine what they'd look like there! Plus, while they're played by men in the TV series, they are both confirmed to be nonbinary, and Crowley has presented as a woman several times throughout history of the show - so don't worry about the lack of options for male doll bodies, you can absolutely use female doll bodies or have them presenting as women if you like! Interesting things about them: Crowley has yellow snake eyes and sunglasses and much of his outfit is snake-themed since he can transform into a big black snake. Aziraphale has bright white hair and owns a bookshop, so you could make little books for him if you wanted. They both have big feathered wings (sometimes) which could be fun to make! hope this helps ^v^

Love the balance of highly saturated color with more muted shades. Feel like winter is like that- muted pale then stunning reflective or super- saturated shades. She has a lot of character. Would love to see some genies or djin dolls this year. Maybe even a nod to barbars eden in her old 1960's tv sitcom. Also some literature or fashion period inspired figures? Jane austen's regency period? The beau arts or rococo styles might be fun. Go where inspiration leads.

Skadi is beautiful but I think you could have chose a better fabric for her outfit. I love your doll makeovers so it feels wrong to say that. The outfit itself is a great design but the shiny material just doesn't sit right with her being a Norse Goddess. She was shown in simple and plain clothes because she was a hunter. Hunters don't wear bright and shiny things because their prey would see them coming a mile away. It's a beautiful material just not for this doll. A dark velvet with some fancy embroidery would have suited her better. A winter Goddess still needs to be warm after all. The runes to her skis were a nice touch. Something like that on her coat might have looked good. Her bow and arrows are amazing as always. The antlers are beautiful and I can't wait until you have another doll in need of them. ❤

Wow, the details you put into this doll are exceptional! The outfit is gorgeous; she's stunning. Other doll artists create lovely dolls, but they cannot do what you do with the face...those realistic eyes. The holographic fabric would be great for something from outer space; the cartoon The Jetsons comes to mind. It would be a lot of work to make all the family members, but it would be so cool!

So fun and beautiful! I would've loved it if you kept going on with her design. I still love this design either way. Maybe some decorations for the antlers. I loved every detail and even though the holographic fabric wasn't very visible, it was still enough - enough that you keep wanting to look at her. I think for the future, it might be cool to see other depictions of goddesses from different cultures.
