I think you should implement manny's rule of jed to glory where you have to upgrade by one rating each time to get better. So when you get to gold you have to grind up every player from 75 to 76 to 77 and so on. Will make the series more of a grind and make it last longer. Also with this there's more time for you to save money for an icon or similar priced players when it comes to it.

You should make the rule that if you loose, you make a downgrade, it does not matter what fleming does, and if you draw you stay the same, and only when you win you get to upgrade

You should do a downgrade how many goals you lose by, you just lost 5-1 but because Flemming scored you don’t get a downgrade. Would make the series more exciting I recon

Josh should change the rule that if you lose there’s a downgrade regardless wether flemming scores or not. makes the series more of a grind and takes longer to progress. could even be downgrades based on the score line.

I think you should make a rule where you get a downgrade for every 2 goals the opponent scores in a game. As it stands, the maximum amount of downgrades you can get per game is only one while you can get as many upgrades as possible.

There is no effort put into editing josh just a track on background and someone hitting play/pause. Compare to other channels series. Even packed out man. Not like the old days. If you want to get views up you gotta level up the production bro and editing you should know this. Otherwise it’s the same boring shit every video and not much banter.
