I did this once last year with an EBay sale and one of the parties refused to assist. The other guy mailed the package to the right person. So the bad sport kept the wrong books and then got his original package. Total bummer. I’ve slowed down since. Glad yours worked out!

I do KZbin auctions and I do multiple shows throughout the week. Shipping mix-up happens, and it's okay if you take accountability for your mistakes and communicate often with those impacted customers. As far as shipping goes, I prefer to not rush and ship out every Saturday. I know customers want books right away, but just like retail stores, you should set realistic expectations so you don't burn yourself out.

This happened to me and an Ebayer. I bought a comic and he sent me an action figure. I work out for us, I sent the action figure where it was suppose to go and he sent me the book, he was nice enough to actually refund my money for the trouble. There are some kind and understand people out there.
