I made a LEGO CAPTAIN REX in 2 minutes, 20 minutes and 2 hours!

Captain Rex is amongst the most popular clones Lego have ever made and as his popularity has grown with his appearances in The Clone Wars Seaon 7 and the Bad Batch, the Lego Minifigure has risen to a crazy price. For this reason I decided to try and make three different custom captain Rex's to lead my 501st. I made a purest Lego one in 2 minutes, and then decaled one in 20 minutes and 2 hours with varying levels of detail! Let me know which is your favourite in the comments!

I’m soooo lucky I got a captain Rex in the like 2013 barc speeder with sidecar. I didn’t even really know what star wars was back then and I just thought it was a cool set. Now he’s my favorite Star Wars character and he is the crown jewel of my lego Star Wars collection

I like the arms of the 2 hours captain rex, but the helmet and torso of the 20min one is more realistic, because you can see the weld marks where captain rex combined the phase 1 and 2 armors into one. But both look amazing!!!!!

You can use a small drill to male the holes for the antenna and visors to fit into. I did this to make 2 of my 501st look like the officer and heavy classes from battlefront 2. Just be sure to use a mando helmet with a hole in to make sure you are using the right drill size. Too small is fine but once the hole has been made too big you've ruined your mini😉
