I Made a New Mandalorian Armor for My Brother

My brother told me that he wanted a set of Mandalorian Armor, and it took me a whole two months to finish this!!!! But of course, he promised to help me with all the housework ;-)
This video is mainly about the armor part. The EVA foam is more porous, so it was hard to handle. On the other hand, metal materials will be easier to use, but also heavier, so we may try to use metal in the future.
The weapon is up to two meters long: the blade dug grooves installed fiberglass tubes, to prevent swinging when shaking. The production of other parts is pretty normal, as long as they are light weighted. The back of the light settings and punk mechanical arm have also been added.

This is for sure interesting to watch, and the result is breathtaking. However, I do not quite see the Mandalorian elements in this costume. These would be a chest diamond ( the K'arta Beskar or Iron Heart) and a T-visor on the helmet. None of these most typical elements are present in this costume. Mandalorian culture might be fictional, but there are still certain elements to it. Now there are armours which do not (yet) show the Iron Heart from earlier periods, but the T-visor is always present throughout.
