1. Only if you join back in that Pacific server then you will have your base. If not then your base is gone till you join back in the sever you built it in 2. A few things you can do is team up with someone and talk to them. There’s also a way to trap emoployees if you learn how and you can collect rare items! 3. You can really win the game or exit the building. The main point is your stuck in an ikea and you have to build a a base and survive nights inside of your base with out getting attacked by emoployees so there is nothing you can do to escape really. Those are all your questions answered bye!

You should've put some pallets first on your base before removing the stairs. In case you forgot something, you can use them again as the stairs. If my explanation is not clear, check out my another floating house video, how to do it
