If anything, his dedication to push these game engines past their limits/OCD tacitly necessitates insane time sinks, much of which will inevitably consist of lag, game crashes, restarting the game, reloading utterly borked save files which take multiple minutes to load, and repeating the process until he has something blursed enough to satisfy his regular viewer base. Truly it is a labor of love, or something... no, just something. I wanted to make a joke here, but what other word better describes the motivation that drives these projects?

itd be a nightmare to design in real life though id imagine
@enderdragoncrafter24122 жыл бұрын
@@RenVNM no it wouldn't, it'll be the best design in theme park history. Just a nightmare for the engineers.
@azuman72 жыл бұрын
It would only work if you had multiple lanes for each part of the ride. Otherwise, you would be seated randomly meaning after waiting an hour to ride it again, you could get the exact same seat. Then there is the fact that one section will undoubtably be considered the "best" section, while one would be the "worst". The lanes for the best would move so much slower, but would be considered the "true" ride, so wait times for the ride would seem way high then a ride that fills to capacity normally. I know some ppl want to ride the front of the car already, but they just stand to the side and wait for one additional trip.
@DaBoweh2 жыл бұрын
@@RenVNM a lot off conventional rides are like this, actually. Coasters, log flumes, and other tracked rides will give you a different feel, more airtime, stronger turns, bigger splashes, depending on where you sit in the train. Merry Go Rounds will have different impact whether you pick a stationary or sliding horse, or whether you pick a horse on the inside compared to one on the outer rim. Most ferris wheels give you the option of which direction to sit facing. There are more specialized attractions out there like EPCOT's Mission: Space which riders are assigned different 'jobs' to complete as part of the ride experience. Not as extreme as Josh's nightmarish contraptions, obviously, but this is a real thing.

Not gonna lie the ride creation aspect is super cool! In most park management games the only thing you really get to customize is the coasters. Flat rides aren't really alterable except *maybe* the color scheme. Which makes sense, they're usually prefab. But many manufacturers offer to do custom theming if the park is willing to pay the extra price. Making a whole new ride is another ballpark entirely though and just being able to mess around with parts sounds really fun

His patience, endless. His commitment, inspiring. His dedication, slightly scary if we're being honest. His framerate, agonised. His goal? To blur the line between creation and destruction until there is no distinction, merely glorious, hilarious pain.

11:50 Oh my Lord, lol 🤣😄 You did, however, capitalize on the space because it appears to be a bunch of different “rides” all in one compact, convenient space, so kudos. Also, when I call them “rides” is actually just first class ticket to the world beyond ours.

Beautiful scripting and editing as always. I cannot get enough of the fading screams and your reactions to the horror you've created. Classic Josh. Hey, I know it has been a long time but have you ever thought of doing a catch-up with Anthony? Not a formal LGIO playthough, but maybe an audio log of what's been happening in your lives over B-roll footage' (nothing too creepy or invasive ofc, we don't mean to pry no matter what your estalker wiki page says). I am sure your 'love you long time' fans would enjoy a return of the duo, it would make an excellent 6 Sep anniversary special for your subscribers. I'm personally not an Anthony fan (I found this channel later) but can't deny the chemistry between you two, and it added a certain something to the early LGIO releases.

You'd probably need to be in a full body restrainment in each of Joshs rides to not break anything.
@blastmole2992 жыл бұрын
I don't think that's going to help because the ride is designed to always crash into an object, mostly seats and humans
