Because said "programming youtuber" is using unity and Edge (4:04) E..D..G..E... the only time I've used IE was to download FireFox. Nowadays I literally just install a windows iso with firefox preinstalled or just fetch firefox from the windows terminal from my own repository... seriously who uses Edge as a browser? I'm not going to touch Visual studio because that's how most amateurs get a job, Unity also gets a pass because that's how most gamers become game developers, but using Edge as a main web browser is where I draw the line.

I think when you die, you go back to the first level. That'd be nice. Also you should make a wall sliding, where if they are are a wall for too long they start sliding. This would make the levels harder in my opinion.

This has good Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy energy to it. I think if maybe you focused on the difficulty of the mechanics itself without making the uncontrollable aspects more frustrating, you'd have a solid formula to work with. For example, having only 1 life is a good way to push people away from the game. The progression is hard enough and people want to experience each level only once. You could reward those who beat it in one attempt, but I think that just restarting the stage after dying is the best course of action. I'm a really big fan of games with simple mechanics that are hard to master, so I think this is an incredible idea and there is a lot of potential. Excited to see where you take this!

(Add enemies and a 4 HP system!) Maybe after completing it there's bonus levels and each level you can choose from 2 out of 7 abilities, like walking off walls makes you go up, but it only happens for one wall before you need to ground ys again, or a speed dash/ speed bunny hop. Or a 2nd life. Or even the enemies could be used so that you can grapple to and jump off of them! Or a time freezer! Or a slow falling ability!

This is a really nice concept tho what might be an issue to players is how irritating it'd be with how slow the game is and if you die and respawn you have to go through it all and it'd just be too repetitive if you die on a later level.
