FYI I saw another youtuber swap out items after a fight to still upgrade what he wants with hammer. You need to just do it before clicking on the reward from the fight.

bunker activates when you take damage from your health, ie. poison ticks, burn when you have no shield and damage when you have no shield (or it burns/damages through your shield in that attack). It has a relatively slow internal cooldown so it can be slower than getting a lot of procs on harmadillo with other items like pulse rifle, but there are some times like storm or bunker harmadillo v bunker harmadillo where the proc speed seems to be really fast

Awesome video as always, thx for this series on the Bazaar ! If that's of any interest to you, there's a mod that shows a tooltip of what monsters have on board so you don't have to check the cheat sheet and can continue to play (mods are allowed by the terms of service of the Bazaar btw & the mod creator gave me the go to speak about it)

Harmadillo still works of the damage stat , only the wording changed. I noticed that mine was doing way more damage than the shield stat on it early game and the damage it does on the proqs is still the damage number. The more shield it gets , the higher the damage stat becomes, but if the damage number is higher than the shield it still does the damage number amount on the shield getting proq

To simplify, he gain Damage based on his Shield. But he can also be increased by regular Damage.

@@kiorodjirane8517 correct , but they worded it on the item as if it should do the damage of his shield vallue , which it doesn't , it does the damage from his damage vallue which is increased by shield + damage increases. So the wording on the item is wrong.

The exp doesn’t apply until after you take the item from a monster, so you don’t have to swap items when you fight the monsters. Just make sure the hammer is next to what you want to upgrade when you take the reward.

Hello retromation I can’t remember what video you mentioned this in but you talked about wishing something had damage based off the amount of shield it was towards the early days but maybe the devs heard you and I don’t think they placed it on exactly what you was referring but instead placed it elsewhere thinking it wouldn’t be broken but this is all in theory but at last as always the video was absolutely fantastic and Thank you 🙂

Yep, running into a ton of that lately, but I just tore through for a perfect victory against probably four to five of those builds (lesser versions luckily) with a Dooley rocking a slow/haste poison build. All but on item slowed including the core, plus haste was applied whenever I slowed, and then both triggered poison. The slow stacking all the way up on all items combined with silly amounts of poison per tick seemed to have really made a difference. Edit: Never mind, I must have just got lucky. I just ran it back again, this time missing just one small item so I had less slow and I got slaughtered by nearly everything. Go figure lol.

I'm watching the first fight and I think this core charge itself, even though it says "another friend". I saw that in a video from before the patch but I've waited for the patch, and it seems like that is still here. Also I think that bunker only work on damage that reduce your HP. If it only damage the shield bunker doesn't trigger

The game really breaka when you start getting multiples of 1 item... like 2 throwing daggers is crazy strong but throw in a yoyo into that as well... 2 power sanders works well as well. I am aiming for a super slow build. Get 2 of the guya that increase cooldown on items but pray for infinite ammo some how and see if there is a top end max for cooldown... maybe throw in slow items as well.
