🍭🍫🍬 Candyland is one of my favorite childhood board games! (I even named my second Animal Crossing island after it!) You did a fantastic job bringing it to life in the Sims! I couldn’t stop laughing watching this live last night in stream. I absolutely love these multiplayer mod games. Everyone was so funny in this and I know they have so much fun playing these multiplayer board games! you should do an alternate version of this but with a kitchen, a bathroom, a tv etc along the way, and if you land on a specific iten you get to fix that specifik need, so people could starve on their way if theyre unlucky

This isn't something I ever would have clicked on, but it auto played after James's vampire Playlist ended, and I was too busy to change it... I never thought I'd enjoy watching a game of Candy Land so much! I've only recently started watching Sims content, and you all have enriched my gaming experience so much by showing me tips and tricks, and inspiring me to play in ways I wouldn't have thought to play. it would be cool if you did something like this again, but maybe instead of it being candyland it was basically just Sims: The boardgame. Each space could make you do different things, some could maybe build your skills which may be useful for other spaces you land on. Maybe there could be spaces that kill players and it could be last person standing wins? Or it could just be get to the end. Idk just throwing out ideas. Edit: I just found out about DrGluon's Sims Party game he did, which is somewhat similar, except my idea is more like each space has something happen. Sometimes what happens is just for fun, sometimes you may get get an item or potion or something, some may increase a skill, and some either kill or have the chance of killing someone. My idea also doesnt really have minigames though since it's not imitating Mario Party.

Just a suggestion but next time you build a board game you could try using "Bakies Invisible fence mod" to force the sims to stay on your beautiful paths

They should add that mod that lilsimsie was talking about where the hand buzzer kills people. Then play the game like normal, but anytime 2 people are on the same spot, they should do the hand buzzer back and forth til one person dies. Just keep going until either someone reaches the end or everyone dies

I happened to see this article on The Sims community, The Sims 4 has a New Lag Issue, and thought you would want to know about it. After I watched the Candy Land VOD on Twitch, I got a board game idea, and I thought I would post it, so you could do what you want with it. Here it is: Large lot with board game on one side and house on the other side. End Goal: nicely or better finished house and a certain amount of money, that you decide, in the household funds. Maybe sims dressed in wacky outfits for everyday only, for no other reason then it would be funny. House - build mode taken care of ahead of time. Some bunk beds or one Cabin in a bag tent, a cooler, knitting basket, cross-stitch box, one woodworking table, one easel, one flower arranging table, one light, but not the saucer light and a room or covered outdoor space for yoga classes, meditation classes and massage table. A satellite hidden somewhere on the lot. Maybe have a small greenhouse and some of the task stuff should be outside in an area not covered. Lot challenges, maybe 5-7 total, and lot traits randomized. Board game - platforms, zigzag pattern to make the best use of the space. Maybe floors or rugs for the spaces. Game pieces - items from buy mode. Can go back down when you reach the top and back up when you reach the bottom as many times as needed. Board Game spaces: Green - money cards. Maybe 7 green cards with various amounts on them. Blue - Trivia questions for money. Each question would have amount associated with it. Maybe true/false one amount, multiple choice 2nd amount, give an answer 3rd amount. Right answer money, else none. Questions would be related to The Sims as a whole franchise. Red - Task Card woodworking, easel, and yoga classes/meditation classes/massage table. Sim player chooses which one to do or they pick a card. Yellow - wild card. pick a card and whatever the color is, that's what you have to do. Green money cards, blue trivia, orange dumpster dive, etc. Orange - dumpster diving. Dive until dumpster is empty. Don't forget to fill it up again. Pieces found must be used in the house. Items must be fixed if broken, scratched, or burnt. Purple - Task Card knitting, cross-stitch, and flower arranging. Sim player chooses which one to do or they pick a card. Pink - a wheel determines what you get to buy. Gray or White - a wheel determines what you get to buy. Buy Mode Wheel slots: 1. Lighting, Electronics, and Appliances 2. Activities and Skills 3. Decorations 4. Plumbing 5. Comfort 6. Surfaces 7. Other (all other categories not listed in 1-6) If using the selling table and/or the street art thing, maybe limit the markup. Pick one percentage or do something like no higher then 75%. You can buy things from buy mode at anytime, but only once per sim rotation.
