You can tell they're not used to the old movement system from Chapter 1. If the new movement system was added with sprinting, sliding, mantling, and maybe door slam, this map would possibly be a little bit more easier.

In case anyone was curious why they kept failing level 10, it's because moving your camera affects how far you'll go (iirc) after bouncing off the tire and in midair. (Not just their jump's timing).
