Judie for this being your first time making fried sushi; I don't think this is bad at all. I like that you made big pieces. I much rather have that size if it's only few in a order at food spot. Also I never seen fried salmon strip before. Those certainly look tasty. I'm proud of you for at least trying to cook. You'll get better as time goes on I'm sure. I wish you a blessed week! ✨️🌼

It's just Cucumbers, avocados, salmon, spicy imitation crab, cream cheese, rice, seasonings and panko crusted. I made it pretty simple
