The Thing is a regen of a player has the potential of the original player plus 1. And this counts even for regens of regens. So this means somewhere in the future(maybe in 3000 years), everybody is 99 rated.

Not possible cz players age ageing unless there will be something in cheat table to stop player ageing but u can do it manually by updating player age through career usich cheat table just keep on changing his birth date so he will still be 16teen xd problem is you can only do it with your squad i doubt u can do it with all other teams players
