Suggestions for better realism: Make it actually take time to catch a fish, Fishing is meant to be calm and relaxing, you don't have to always be at the end of your seat reeling in a fish. Fishing Rod Movement, Make it so you can manually, if else, prompt to shake the rod; Mimicking the movement of a fish to hopefully increase the chances of catching fish. Silence the Fish. Beat the fish, Make it stop moving around by giving it a good 'ol smack. Rubbish and greens. Add the possibility of the hook getting stuck in trash or ocean plants, Always hate it when it happens but it's realistic. Bucket Size. Make it so you have to get and use a bucket to be able to carry more than one fish, or atleast some sort of container. Fisch itself has pretty good realistic ideas when it comes to gameplay but still sticks to it being a game that energetic kids that can't sit still, can enjoy. I wanna see "Fisch but Realistic" grow into a more.. realistic but calmer version, one that most people can just relax to. Anyways, high hopes for people who want to make relaxing games. If you do end up making this a full game, since everyone has their own island you should make it so people can upgrade their island so that new and better fish spawn and you should have a satisfying vfx and animation when you upgrade your island. It shouldn’t be like a took where you buy each but, just like increasing the whole style of the island with one button press.
