@@Pupyluv98 ironically animal fats were demonized by the sugar/corn industry. They paid Harvard scientists to lie to create the Food Pyramid. Sugar and carbs are the true route to diabetes. Cheese and butter is fine. Just don't mix it with too much bread, sugar, carbs etc. It's why I lost 80 pounds on Keto. You can use low carb tortillas for this and keep your blood sugar low. The Food pyramid killed more people than anything via heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc.
