LEMONGRASS PORK VERMICELLI BOWL⤵️
2 lb thinly sliced pork shoulder/ pork butt/ pork roast
6 TBSP lemongrass
3 TBSP Soy sauce
4 TBSP oil
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP Sesame seeds
8 cloves minced garlic
1 shallot, minced
2 TBSP honey
1 tsp black pepper
1 TBSP fish sauce
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS
Vermicelli bowl
Shredded lettuce
Pickled carrots and daikon
Egg rolls
Cucumbers
Fried shallots
Fish sauce dip
1. Thinly slice pork and marinate pork with all of your ingredients for at least 4 hours.
2. Then cook in an air fryer or skillet
3. Once beef is cooked, assemble your bowl with your desired toppings
FISH SAUCE DIP
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup sugar
12 oz Coco Rico or water
2 TBSP distilled white vinegar
1 TBSP garlic chili paste (sambal)
Chopped thai chili, optional
⁃Mix this all together until sugar dissolves
