Not that you asked but: If you find a Nepali grocery around you, just go for premade momo wrap (very easy and quick) and get momo masala for fillings. Also, if you finely grate the veggies you don't really need to cook them or your keema and just steam it for 20 mins and it'll be juicier. 🙆‍♀
