The white targets are more expensive probably because its easier to see where the bullet hit

The reason why the white targets in the gun range in the bunker is a little bit more expensive than the black one is that it's a little bit easier to see the targets Also for those that don't know, there are rewards for beating the tier challenges on the range with the 2nd tier having the best reward of increased capacity for throwables. The other rewards in the tiers are a lot of clothing and some ammo spawning in your bunker.

The white targets in real day manufacturement, it costs more because of the more work you need to paint the targets white and as of the black targets, its cheaper because they can just burn it a but longer and they can easily turn ass and stuff into black paint

my bunker was raided the other week...have all the upgrades and has been no problem with the 80 mil it's earned. also have bikers shooting at me in the three insurgents mission that I've never seen before...also more animals are about while in the mission....that's since the update with the new business that came in. just saying 👍🏼

GTA should allow players who buy the SUBMARINE, to RENAME it. Seems silly that you can BUY THE KASATKA, then if you pull off certain heists, you must board a completely different Kasatka. Remarkably like your sub (b/c it is, but it's not). Dumb. 🤨
