Beautiful. The only change I would make is I would make the hoop skirt (the rigiline layer) a separate skirt with an additional layer between it and the panel skirt just to prevent the hoops from showing.

Hello! I wanna make same panal skirt.bt i am confused that which type of boning should i use. Rigilene is not looking good in this skirt. So other then rigilene which boning should i use?

Maybe make a petticoat with rigilene and add ruffles of tulle over the rigilene. It will add volume and padding so the rigilene boning isn't visible.

Using felt for the corset is the most ingenious thing I've ever seen, I've used interfacing to add stiffness to dress bodices and the end result was always wrinkled and untidy. I'm definitely gonna use this for a cosplay I'm working on now.

Outstanding! And while it is fast, I am able to follow. I actually prefer it to American how to videos where they spend 15 minutes talking about their channel and all their experience, and 5 minutes on what you are trying to learn. One question is: why felt? I thought it's not usually color fast and frays. I would think red and her sweating.... Where do you get this kind of lace? Did you cut out the detail like they do in couture and then attach? It looks like the tulle background still attached. I make ball gowns very small for dolls. Any way to do bodice with a different boning? A doll is too small to use wide material unfortunately. I'm absolutely amazed!!!! How long did the whole thing take you?
