@agneschrismer9946 Thank you angel. I didn't film every part of the build as it was made for Temu but I think I'll post a shorter video of how I made it with the footage I have

I love Temu for all my miniture needs, my dollys and beyond. I made a scarcrow diorama this season! Your spooky diorama was awesome!

Hello Xander, really useful haul, and great prices. Your little diorama looks fantastic, I'd been looking at some of the things you bought, ie the airbrush paint, I shall definitely be getting some now. Have a good weekend Best Wishes from Yorkshire 😊
@craftsbyxander3 күн бұрын
I honestly couldn't believe how well they worked. I've never bought specific airbrush paints because they can be really expensive and I don't use my airbrush often enough to justify the cost. Since trying these I've upgraded my airbrush so I will be using them alot 😁 Hope you have a great weekend too 😊

You found some great stuff, my friend. I'm glad the grass applicator worked out for you. The one I purchased off Temu works well. I would like to try some of those water effects. And those paint pods for my chalks. Thanks so much for sharing. You created a wonderful video, well done, and very pro. I love how you worked on the Diorama as well, which turned out amazing!👏🏽👏🏽🥰❤️

Thank you, Jolene. It's a great little gadget, isn't it. I see what you mean about it being addicting! Those water effects are great. I used them on my pond and water feature for my secret garden too and they looks brilliant. I'm really happy with all the products I chose. They all worked as I expected and some even more so and I am very happy with how the finished diorama turned out. I hope you are well. ☺️❤️

@JoF999 They have pretty much everything you could need. If you're a new app user and use my code you could get that applicator for 99p. I thought it was going to be a bit naff but its actually just as good as my big branded 1 I recently bought to use use in my last video at double the price. 😃

Your foam looks like just regular floral foam. I wonder if that would be cheaper for u
@craftsbyxander9 сағат бұрын
It has a different structure unfortunately. And weirdly floral foam gives me the ick when I handle it 😄

Crazy, here in Germany you get 1 square meter of the good green xps foam aka styrodur for 5€
@craftsbyxanderКүн бұрын
😵😲😲 whaaaaaaaat!! If I had known that I would have bought a few pieces, cut them down n shipped them home with me when I visited Germany last month! That is so cheap

Cool diorama, the water turned out really well, what did you use under the water effects, to stand the zombie guy in? Was it resin? I'm a bit wary of resin as I've seen too many people weld all their tools to their desks when it escapes the edges!
@craftsbyxanderКүн бұрын
For the water I used UV Resin for the water base. I was a little worried about it leaking but luckilynI had no issues there. I did have some air pocket issues though as I was trying to cure it quite thick layers but those water effects hide it well enough for me to not notice it right away

Well, it's a bit weird to see the text "Mosquito Trap" on your expensive static grass applicator... If you buy an actual Mosquito trap thingy, you pay £ 2 or £3 and you only gonna need some steel mesh, a cheap plastic pot and hotglue... et voila, that's what you bought! A converted cheap Mosquito killer😂
@craftsbyxander2 күн бұрын
@ducomaritiem7160 I mean you aren't wrong at all. DIY grass applicator tutorial videos showing how to make these have been circulating on youtube for a long time. That's awesome for anybody who wants to go to the trouble of building their own makeshift applicator. I ain't that kinda person personally and I can imagine a lot of people just want one to buy a tool to help them crack on with a project they want to create. I mean, why buy dry pigment powder and go through the necessary steps to create paint when you can just buy it 🤔
