Very nice game. I noticed that some of the stuff that is supposed to be attached to the player are one frame late. If you want to get rid of this you should update the gun after updating the player. Also in case you're interested I will be making a game also on my KZbin channel in the near-ish future.

4:50 i think the reason it’s clunky is you’re moving it a constant amount up and down each frame when you should be adding a burst y/x velocity at the beginning of the grappling hook, and slowly removing velocity each frame, creating a smooth curve instead of a v shape. sorry for bad explanation lmao if you already did this then i can’t help
