This sim lost everything from investing all their money into future cubes. He has a bunch of stock left over he couldnt sell but he's dedicated to turning it into a profit. The trauma of losing all his money stimulated his fear of the color green, which he tries to overcome by connecting with the outdoors and gardening in his free time

Might even be four; I just know one lot with a house is this small for sure and I'm pretty certain one empty lot is also this small and one or two of either is as well.

I think the rule should be if you do the optional challenge e.g. building on a diagonal, then you get to eliminate one of the other challenges, e.g. 30 future cubes!

With 30 future cubes this feels like a house built for one of the sims in Lilsimsie's nightmare legacy challenge since she had a generation where she kept using the future cubes to make decisions....except she'd make them ask more than once. Here she could have literally just kept choosing different future cubes! LOL I don't think I've ever paid so much attention to the tiny color details of items when placing them, so seeing James keep looking for any amount of green on any indoor furniture was both funny and intriguing! Though since one of the desks' green was literally some photo of the outdoors and this sim loves the outdoors, should that have counted as part of their fear. I know fears are irrational thoughts and don't make logical sense, but if the sim loves the outdoors then I'd think they'd be okay with an image on their desk of the outdoors. They just wouldn't want anything else green.

I have: - build a warehouse - must have one floor - build on a 40x20 size lot - your owners are a retired couple - they love laundry and thrifting - they're afraid of fruitcake (no welcome wagon for them then, I guess). - must have their home theatre -Your budget is 117242 -optionally searching on the gallery for a shell, first one that pops up you need to use (which I didn't choose for). I uploaded it, and then noticed I forgot musical instruments and a speaker. I normally never leave these out. Also I had a bit of a difference in the budget somehow. I played the game a while to have laundry hanging on the clothesline and just made it before the welcome wagon would have scared the couple with their fruitcake. I never build a warehous before, so that was nice.
