I thought the passive worked for fairy characters and seven deadly sins characters? It probably wouldn't work but you have that Merlin that increases shock damage and then there's an Oslo hawk character that came out recently that increases the damage of all three debuffs. So with those two and this king you could probably get out crazy shock and bleed damage
