Hey Toqeer. It takes an average of 8 months for a blog post to rank organically on a new blog. Because of that, you can imagine that it would take time before you start generating income from a blog. That's why I recommend having a stream of freelancing income on the side so you have cashflow

It's up to you, but keep it consistent, it can vary, yes, but don't do it like you are posting 3 posts one week and then posting nothing the other week. Also, I'm sure you have done niche/keyword research before starting your blog. One tip I would give is to target low competition keywords at the start. Another tip I can give you is to grow your blog's social media presence and send traffic to your blog. Hope this helps!

Hey Gautam, completely agree with you. The problem is, when people start, most of them really don't know what they're doing. They don't know what SEO, keyword research, niche etc are and so the chances of succeeding are very low. This is again my opinion. I have no doubt in my mind that if they keep learning and stay consistent, there's no reason blogging won't work for them :)

Outsourcing isn't my thing! Most of times, it's way difficult to find a partner who can offer same results as you. On the other hand, each individual inherit different tone.

Yes, that is a factor Shehryar. In fact, the first time I outsourced, it was a disaster. I learned soon that in order to create a good outsourcing stream, one should hire writers with a bit more experience even if he has to pay some extra cash. I also learned that it's better to work with the same writer for a long time instead of hiring new people for every project. In the first month, you'll spend some time trying to teach the writer how to meet your quality or what sort of attitude you expect. And once you've taught that, it becomes quite passive
