why do you care, since sadness is a girl/boy in a costume proably thinking of different life decisions than being there, since, pratically it's always crazy, mentally insane kids going crazy for absolutely no reason, that are going there so when you cired happy tears, and also tears are a sign of sadness or joy, etc., anyway, when you cried tears of joy, well think about it, let it soozthe into your brain, if you feel joy on the ending of depression would you be happy for that person, since probably they'd ignore you and not wanna talk and would probably be in somewhat of a crisis and wouldn't have the erge to talk to you, and also, baymax probably hated that big white suit and gets hot in it and probably quit the job, since, it was annoying, yes i did type all of this in no ctrl + c and then ctrl + v, and besides, who would type this in anyway?

I think it might be the mouth as well. And if you look at Disney rules the person playing the character has to be a certain height no taller or smaller. So the character looks as real as possible.
