After rewatching this episode again (because they’re f*cking hillarious and i love them) I’ve come to realise how brilliant your work is, and what comedy gold those dialogues are. I love how you make the characters both being out of character and at the same time make them appear to be taken straight out of the show itself, which often throws me off and why the punchline is even funnier. That’s great writing right there, I hope that you’ll get in time the recognition I believe you deserve maybe even one day I’ll get to watch your own tv show 😊 Btw here’s a fun fact (if you haven’t known this before - but I think you did 😏) According to book novels (disney says they’re not cannon - only force awekenss is non canon lmao) and what Obi wan said so far about his late master Qui gon jinn was a grey Jedi master - he was known for strictly following the Force itself rather than sticking to the Jedi Code, often went against the orders/opinions of The Jedi Council, he followed his instincts and what he thought to be the right way, for example : had he not fallen from Darth Maul he would’ve trained Anakin even without Council’s approval, probably would’ve even left the Jedi to do so; not only that but Dark Side was always present in his life - his master (count dooku) turned to the dark side, and so did Jinn’s second padawan Xanatos from planet Telos IV (according to novels he had three of them), Qui Gon Jinn himself almost turned to the dark side when he was still in training (probably Dooku issues) when he fell in love with padawan Tahl, when she went missing during her mission on New Apsolon he went in search of her, only to find her tortured by a man called Balog, while he successfully rescued her she unfortunately passed away due to her injuries, suffering the great loss of his love Qui Gon Jinn nearly killed Balog while he was blinded by his own rage, fortunately he did not turned to Dark Side and eventually became a Jedi Master. Why am I saying all of this now? Because I strongly believe you knew all of that too Zenger (because you always make those characters be the opposite of what they are).
