Man, you got my dry-aged chimichanga recipe! I mix pelicos trimmings with prime ribeye cubes, and then mix in jack cheese, onions, and mild jalapenos, and put it all into a into a burrito, then deep fry the burrito until golden brown. Then top it with melted queso blanco, sour cream, and salsa. It's insanely good.

I love seeing videos like this, but I'm a poor man, and can't afford the expensive meat and fat/lard. while entertaining, I'd like to see more "commoner" recipes. not a lot, but more stuff that's affordable to a guy like me who buys a prime grade steak for special occasion. New challenge idea - these two compound butters need to go head to head with the standing champion - Big Mac compound butter. I'm willing to submit my application to help judge this contest - lol. Guga - you need to rent a space to hold some taste tests with your viewers - lol. People would travel and stand in line to taste your cooking and hang with you and the boys. I say rent a space because you don't want all of us hungry viewers knowing where you live - LOL!

Hey Guga! It's me again. I'm the same guy that brouy you the jerk seasoning idea to beef and now I'm back with another one. I'm going to recommend to you a sauce that goes perfectly with an extremely sharp cheddar cheese. This sauce I believe has enough acidity that you should be able to use a tenderizer and even dry age. The flavor however is phenomenal. It is called "BRANSTON PICKLE". This sauce has a lovely flavor that I'm confident you'll enjoy. Please try this out and let me know how it works out for you.

Guga you come out with some of the craziest experiments ever, don't know any other food channel on youtube that has experimented with as many crazy food experiments as you have, with that being said though, I enjoy them alot and many a times they come out amazing with the exception of a few horrors, like that one brisket that came out smelling like smelly cheesy feet and dead rotten flesh, LOL 😂, forgot exactly what that experiment was but it was pretty funny seeing mamau's facial expressions after him taking a good whiff at the brisket, regardless of everything, you have some amazing wonderful dishes and recipes on both your channels, Guga foods and sous vide everything, keep up the good work 👍
