The trick to getting near or sub 6.0 is to buy a car with the least amount of weight and a decent amount of grip. Don't worry about the power or speed as an engine swap and your upgrades will solve that section. Higher priced cars do have more power and speed BUT a lot of weight which makes it hard to tune it to for a 6.0. For example, my R35 could do a 6.1 at best while my AE86 with the same tune as the R35 (same parts and gear ratio) could do a 5.9. It's simply because of it's lightweight The car used in the video is lightweight which makes it possible to get 5.8.

I remember as a little kid 4 or 3 maybe 5 I had this game and I got a car build that went like 300mph on the 1mile even 350mph and on cruse it was 450 to 500 and this is a promise when I got older and tried remembering what it was I can't all I know its an muscle car and it wasn't fance just a blue car looking like a metal peace in front and smooth all sides like a muscle car from the 1980s as far as I can remember

When you collide with cars, sometimes it speeds your car up. Most of the time you just crash and go back to about 30 mph, I recommend you try "sliding" your car into oncoming cars, imagine crashing into the side of them, that's my technique
