Try a staged rocket like the Saturn 5 launch system better aerodynamics thus less drag also less mass as you decouple stages once they empty time it right and you could in theory exceed what you did here also a trick to help with the plasma effect on takeoff... Cut throttle to the point of decent acceleration till you get to the stratosphere where you can have less resistance and drag then punch it if you get it right then you save fuel too thus even more delta V is attainable
