I was using Adept Rider, too, but then also thought I'd give these 3 a try, since I also do a ton of pickpocketing and don't like getting detected. I know they decrease the speed that comes with Adept Rider. I think it might be best to maybe have 2 separate builds. One for speed farming (Adept Rider and Morkuldan for that) and the other 3 sets for thieving/pickpocketing? What are your thoughts on using these instead? 5 pcs Mother's Embrace; 4 pcs Darloc Brae; 3 pcs Night Terror
@BunnehGaming Жыл бұрын
All great sets, but losing Darloc Brae's 5th bonus is too big of a loss IMO, and the stealth detection radius reductions from the others are kinda overkill since the passives and champion system can provide plenty of reductions as is. Plus I love Major Expedition from Adept Rider. But honestly it's all personal preference. Any combination of those builds would probably work just fine.

Do you Think an arcanist (using invisibility from vamp skill line) can become good stealth character? (For stealing and assassinating)?
@BunnehGaming8 ай бұрын
I actually haven't personally played Arcanist so I'm not sure, but any race/could technically be alright at stealth, it's just that some (like Khajiit/Nightblade) are more optimized for it.

Verry good build. Can you post a build for magicka nightblade staff/staff or dual wield/staff? Thx
@BunnehGaming Жыл бұрын
Thanks :) As for a Magicka build I don't really have one since I've went full Medium Armor/Stamina build with him - If you wanted to though you could just craft (or buy) the Adept Rider gear as Light Armor instead and use Darloc Brae's as Weapons/Jewelry. For abilities I would probably just rock a Destruction staff on the backbar and Restoration Staff on the front bar for survivability. Stacking Unstable Wall of Elements with Drain-Power spam would probably be your best source of AOE DPS for wiping out mobs near chests. I hope that helps :)

Eso would probably make a mint on the Donkey if it was about 30 or 50 slots of extra inventory. Can't justify paying for just 5
@BunnehGaming10 ай бұрын
This is very true, but then it starts to lean closer to a Pay-To-Win experience. 5 slots is hardly an advantage, just a bonus, but 30-50 slots is clearly a benefit if you shell more money at the game. I think ESO has done a pretty darn good job of skirting the line between not being Pay-To-Win, but incentivizing purchases here and there for convenience or more enjoyable gameplay.

Thank you for the video - I might try adept rider on my farmer/speed build. For my thief I have: Khajiit, 5 x Mother’s Embrace, 4 x Darloc Brae, 3 x Night Terror, Out of Sight - green CP, for maximum sneak/smallest sneak radius. Whilst you lose the 5th piece bonus of Darloc you gain the extra sneak radius reduction of night terror and I prefer this on my thief. If you’re not seen then you don’t need to escape! You can sneak right next to lower level/overland mobs and they won’t see you - great in Imperial City and you can get some amusing screenshots hanging out next to enemies. For speed: The Steed, Concealed Weapon, Celerity, Ring of Wild Hunt, swift jewellery, all medium armour, all divines, all gold, vampire etc. This keeps me at cap whilst sneaking. You do lose some speed when in combat however (wild hunt) but you can slot race against time or similar to give you a quick boost back up to cap/near cap. I have a slightly different setup on a pure farming build for pure speed which keeps me at cap even in combat. Anyway, just an alternate approach and hope this helps someone. Edit: Also, the new mythic Faun’s Lark Cladding might be fun for farming/thieving but haven’t tested this yet.
@BunnehGaming Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the comment! Alternatives are ALWAYS welcome to other people trying to make a character like this - That Faun's Lark Cladding caught my eye as well, but I personally haven't thought of a use for it yet.

You certainly could, you just wouldn't have everything you would need right away - I would prioritize the Pickpocking perk and Treasure Hunter; you'll probably need to bypass most of the Gold-Gain perks.

So I will say this, fantastic video, but medium armor is NOT the only choice you have to be a thief! I won't bore everyone with a long backstory (unless you want me to tell the tale, comment below!), But I too love being a thief. But I also like to be able to fight. A sort of "jack of all trades" character. So I was looking at Light Armor, and found it offers not only Sneak reduction cost, but also reduce stamina cost for sprinting! In the champion system, there is a node for increasing your stealth radius, which Khajiit also have once you hit max level. So while nightblade might be the ultimate choice for a thief, you can essentially a Magicka thief with any subclass so long as you play a Khajiit and wear light armor (as well as have enough champion points.)
@BunnehGaming Жыл бұрын
I'm really glad you liked the video! ESO is one of those games that is really versatile and allows you to make some really cool characters no matter which playstyle you prefer. I'm sure Light Armor could be a valid choice as well, but because I use Darloc's Brae and a 'Heavy' set for my jewelry, Medium Armor was the natural choice for my character.
@a_green_snake6451 Жыл бұрын
@@BunnehGaming heheh fair enough. I will confess I sacrifice some sneaking for more combat power, but that is just how I like to play. And like you said, we all have our own way of playing! Which is what makes ESO so much fun 😊
