For max speed you should use that aphid sliders like always and also add the mite hat ,the grub vest and Thor's pendant to max out your stamina e don't carry a shield because it slows you down

I know the dot build for fist is good BUT I like to brute force stuff. I use a bulky eye patch and fire ant chest piece then sleek koi leggings. Then I use little fist, chopper, smasher, sword master, truffle tussle. This way you don't run out of stamina and can stun enemys. For example you can stun a wolf spider at half hp and stun lock fire ants. I feel this is was more devious than the dot build.

Mosquito needle is actually really good, it swings super fast and has life steal that gives u back health so u can just stand there and take damage without actually taking damage bc you’re stealing so much health
