The last game is truly a showcase of what Zada can do uninterrupted. You think you are going hard, but 1 mana draw 7s will go harder. But a single interractive spell and it all crumbles.

Think there was even more damage in that final game. Play the prospector after tapping the Mox Ruby and then gleeful the Mox and you’re up on mana to play more pump spells/draw more cards

Something I've noticed since I started playing Historic Brawl is that the mental in this format is weak AF. Now, don't get me wrong, I've played against some die-hard players that absolutely will not concede for the life of them, but the majority of players in the queue have no want to play into adversity. It almost makes me want to build something that will drag a game through the reeds (with a win con, of course. I'm bad, but not that bad) like the Necroblossom Reanimator or something. I only wish cards like Death's Oasis was in Arena.

I agree with you. The problem is, people can't assess the game state properly and they often lack the grit to work for the win. If you're in a lost position with no outs, conceding is perfectly fine but you can turn around games so often with some patience and good playing.

I only leave games when it's "oops all counter spells, kill/exile spells, or board wipes" its extremely unfun and a waste of time to play against someone who's fun in the game is not letting you do anything.

The result on the last match is the reason I love and hate Zada. You struggle a lot and win the game out of nowhere. Played in a budget tournament in my LGS, and the moment Zada hit the field... It did nothing. Then I won next turn because I had like... 3 creatures on the field and my 3 opponents had scarier boards (a 8/8 double striker flyier which doubles its power every time it connects a hit and he had a Rogue's Passage on the field, a Brago who was almost online with his combo and a Rograkh/Kethek with both commanders out and almost lethal damage in one single swoop due to equipments and +1/+1 counters).

Yeah, in normal commander if our friend who plays zada has 3 creatures on board with zada as turn passes back to him we are all quaking in our boots.
