Hey bro that is so cool. But i have a question. I am making a katana but with weak cardboard, so the blade of my katana is a bit wobally. And so i used extra small squares of cardboard and glue so i need to wait. But if it is still wobally what should i do?

Hey i had the exact same case but i made a single big piece which was the blade and then i reinforced it with a harder cardboard it is still wobbly but its doesn't bend at all

My recommendation would be to layer weak cardboard with the grain going different directions for extra stability. Make sure one of the layers has the grain following the length of the blade roughly

Either get gud at 3d modeling or practice making smaller shapes and pieces and gluing those together to make the larger armor pieces
