That's a nice idea, but how long do you think it will last under daily use? Or if it gets dirty and needs to be washed? This is my personal opinion, but shake pens, pen pens, even make-up bags, should definitely be designed for durability and longevity. I would recommend sewing. With a sewing machine, this can be done in no time at all. In the long run, a seam simply holds better than glued material. But I still like it

Yes and it would be better to use pieces of plastic instead of cardboard underneath it because plastic is waterproof

@suzanalubayah9929 actually if you know what you are doing yes it will & its easier than sewing leather. Try practicing with diff. Typ needles, threads, & speeds with each. Never say never, never say I can't ir you can't. Because you can.

Die Idee ist zwar nicht schlecht, aber ohne die Pappe in der Mitte und genäht ist das Teil wesentlich schöner und haltbarer, auch waschbar. Die Menge an Plastikkleber ist enorm und nicht gerade umweltfreundlich. Also - warum nicht zur Nähmaschine oder Nähnadel greifen? Vielleicht eine Anregung für weitere Projekte...😉

Muito interessante! Quanto a durabilidade, acredito que é só trocar a base que é o papel, para o feltro Santaflex dupla face da Santa Fé. Amo a criatividade, e sim, esse projeto é incrível! ❤ Very interesting! As for durability, I believe you just need to change the base, which is paper, to Santa Fé double-sided Santaflex felt. I love creativity, and yes, this project is incredible! ❤

If this towel cloth becomes dirty in useage how to wash this? Insidevis a paper roll which ll tear. Neither is plastic sheet upon the paper roll. Useless stuff to brand.

The cardboard disintegrates very quickly. When it gets wet, it disintegrates into hard lumps. It would be wiser to use plastic cut from a laundry detergent container, and add the fabrics in such a way as to create the rounded curl.

More practical for sure! The title of this leaves a lot to be desired as I wasn’t sure what the project even was! Cute but not really functional. A pencil bag is 99c. The time & materials cost much more than that & will last longer.
