I make this every morning with oatmeal! You can eat and lose weight! -15 kg per month!
Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
2 cups oatmeal.
400 ml milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 eggs.
Pinch of salt.
2 tbsp sweetener.
Cinnamon.
80g nuts.
1 tsp baking powder.
Grease with butter.
1 apple.
Chop the apple finely.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
60g nuts.
10g sweetener.
Seed mix.
1 banana.
100 ml water.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
2 apples.
2 eggs.
200g yogurt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Oil.
Fry on both sides over low heat until everything is cooked through.
Recipe 4
125g oat flakes.
250 ml warm milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
10g baking powder.
3 tablespoons cocoa.
vegetable oil.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
85g dark chocolate.
25 ml milk.
40 g chopped nuts.
