A delicious and satisfying dinner with minced meat and tortilla recipe. It's so delicious that I make it almost every weekend for my family.
Recipe and ingredients
Recipe 1
00:00 600 g ground beef.
00:11 2 eggs.
00:16 ½ onion.
00:46 15 g green onions.
01:18 Salt and black pepper to taste.
01:23 Paprika.
01:27 mix well.
01:49 15 ml olive oil.
02:00 Tortilla 2-4 pieces (23 cm).
02:02 Place the filling on the tortilla.
02:07 Divide the beef evenly among the tortillas.
02:12 Roll the tortilla.
02:25 Cut.
02:59 Repeat.
04:03 Add mozzarella cheese.
04:16 In the oven 200°C/400°F/50 min.

3 potatoes.
Grate on a large and a small grater.
Fill with cold water.
Wait 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse potatoes.
Put potatoes in the bowl.
2 eggs.
4 tbsp oatmeal.
Cheese 100 g.
Black pepper.
Salt.
Mix well.
Frying oil.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with white sauce.

1 carrot.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry onions and carrots.
1 bell pepper.
Put bell pepper in the pan.
Minced meat 450 g.
Fry for 15 minutes.
Tomato sauce 1 cup (250 ml).
Salt.
Black pepper.
Bell pepper.
2-3 potatoes.
Mozzarella.
In the oven/40 minutes/180°C/360°F.

2-3 potatoes.
Cheese.
Place the potatoes on the cheese.
Salt.
Nutmeg.
Pepper.
2 onions.
Butter.
Fry the onion.
Add onions to the potatoes.
Vegetable oil.
Minced meat 400g.
Salt.
Italian herbs.
Tomato sauce 3 tbsp.
Place the minced meat on the onions.
Cover with food foil.
In the oven/200°C/400°F/20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and remove foil.
Mozzarella.
In the oven 15 minutes/200°C/400°F.

Potato.
Cut and cook.
Salt.
Butter.
Milk.
1 onion.
Fry until golden brown.
Butter.
Minced meat (400g).
Fry over medium heat.
Black pepper.
Salt.
Add fried onion.
Green pea.
Tomatoes.
6 tortillas.
Tomato sauce.
Cheese.
Olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Parsley.
