I am trying so hard to have control over my emotional energy on certain things.......I found myself starting to cry yesterday when telling my husband about a girl who treats me like shit. I get disgusted with myself for even allowing myself to get to that state as I know better....... it is a journey to just let go of hurtful emotions and not let them rob you. Great video. Thank you.

Have u tried creating a mental conversation like imagining her treating u better, or also looking at her as a mirror, like u mentioned she treats u like crap, perhaps she is showing u how u treat urself? If everything is a mirror, then ppl in our life would also be mirrors to teach us how we treat ourselves, and what we could be working on to better ourselves. It helps wen dealing with others to consider what about them is also within us and it also really helps in feeling compassion for those we struggle feeling compassion for. Just thought if u haven't tried this, otherwise, may you feel resolution any way you can. 🤍

I watch a lot of self-help gurus on social media and can often spot inauthenticity a mile away. I can usually tell when someone is giving advice but hasn't healed themselves... I can see and hear how well adjusted you are and how much your message comes from a place of lived experience. Your approach resonates with me so much because it's also quite similar to the modality called EMO or Energy in Motion. Founded by Silvia Hartmann. Pure wisdom, my friend. I'm actually working on this: a negative thought doesn't have to manifest, I just relax my body and mind (both body and mind are one unit): I breathe deepley, and observe it until it loses its power. Also I acknowledge this "negative emotional trigger" in order to process the negativity and then I develop from my heart center the opposite: I am worthy of love, wealth, I am capable of..., I am talented, etc. You're doing a beautiful job, Michael. I seem to get caught up in the observation part. Not sure what that looks like. Visual learner here. Do I disassociate myself from what's happening. Like do I stop being part of the story or movie I'm in? Do I look at the situation of the negative or emotional frame of the movie and stop it in my mind an notice it....till the emotional charge goes away. Do I see it up on a screen...as to stop it in the frame of the film? Please explain or give me an example. Thank you in advance.

@@bonniebloom452I think the best thing about Michael is that he keeps it simple. No need for all those complicated thought processes. Simply close your eyes and scan your body for any tension or sensation. Notice where it is and how it feels. Take some slow breathes while you observe it slowly loosening/ dissipating/ disappearing. I mostly feel tightness around by throat area or pressure/warmth/'pain' around the heart to throat or towards the back of my head/ neck. I have also noticed something flashing through my limbs when I felt fear (I think) and a sensation in my abdominal area which I think was anger.

You can do this too. Just create a folder and move the videos you wish to listen to to that folder. Once the videos are in the folder the video will automatically go to the next video in the folder. Hence, you’ve created your own playlist. Enjoy!

thank you Michael for brilliantly putting that explanation out there. I am blessed to have found this channel at the right time. 1. Do not emotionally embrace something that you don't want 2. Observe the emotion as an observer, accept what is + don't judge it + breathe into it + learn to let it go -The side effect of doing that is being at peace with that emotion and next time that happens that emotional charge gets weaker or you get no charge at all 3. Affirm what I would like to happen + elevated emotions - Think, act, and feel as if your prayers are already answered

Maybe I've been missing this message from other teachers or I haven't listened to the right ones, but I genuinely think your perspective is so unique and is the critical missing link to the process of manifestation. You're basically teaching us how to avoid 'spiritual bypassing'; what to actually do when emotions come up, which no one else ever seems to focus on in the context of manifesting. The question people ask alll the time is "why did the opposite happen..." and you've answered it so perfectly. You're very clear about the steps to take, and you keep it simple! I think you should give the phenomenon a name (or coin a phrase) for when emotions and circumstances come up before a manifestation ( 5:40 ) and then do more videos specifically on the topic. It's where most people get stuck and no one ever seems to give a concise, coherent answer like you have here! Nobody tells you it's part of the process!! Yet it's the critical part where most of us lose awareness/ focus/hope and 'backslide'. As I write this, you have 35k subs and this video has 2.2k views. I'm excited to see you grow exponentially from here because people need your message! ❤

What about let the pain out and not hold inside? Like feel the emotions and cry and then you can sooth inner child. I don't know.. works for me to sooth inner child like hugging my big pillow and say I love you, it's ok to feel hurt etc.. Sometime I jump with my trampoline to feel pain dripping down to earth..well. I don't know. Maybe my style is not best for manifestation. I should give more power to my desires for sure but it's hard because they kind of lose their flame when doing couple of times, but sauna is one I got exited everytime I visualize it. Going sauna and have refreshing drink afterwards. I haven't got sauna in my apartment so ti's good think to desire because we Finns are sauna people and word sauna comes from Finland

Brilliant teaching - spot on! Since you asked, you might want to add a video about how the CREATES TESTS to test one throughout the manifesting process. (?) You hinted on it a bit in this video by using the example of getting a bill and how one should practice their reaction. Fake gurus do NOT warn their followers about the ‘tests’. BUT ENLIGHTENED SHAMAN DO….warn their students about the ‘tests’ It took me a while to learn this. NOW, I am grateful for the tests, for without the tests, we could not become aware of the blocks to consciously remove them - thus removing resistance. Great video Michael. You’re well on your way to earning that halo 😇. Remember historical images depict Jesus and others with halos while they were ALIVE, not deceased. 😂 😇😇😇
